Yarn consumption (3/4 sleeve)
Ground color: 280, 310, 340 (370, 410, 450) 500, 550, 600 g, or 620, 690, 750 (820, 910, 990) 1100, 1210, 1320 m of yarn in DK thickness (approx. 220 m /100 g): 80, 90, 90 (100, 110, 130) 140, 150, 170 g, or 180, 200, 200 (220, 250, 290) 310, 330, 380 sts of DK weight yarn (approx. 220 sts / 100 g).Keep in mind that if you knit the sweater with short sleeves, you will use a smaller amount of yarn than indicated.
Knitting needles
40 and 80 – 120 cm circular needle: 3.0 mm (elastic)
Circular knitting needles 40, 60 and 80 – 120 cm: 3.5 mm (plain and textured knitting)
3.0 and 3.5 mm double pointed needles (elastic, plain and textured)
Gauge
20 sts x 29 rows = 10 cm in stockinette stitch with textured stripes (see steps 1-4 on page 4), worked in the round on 3.5 mm needles.
Always use a needle size that gives you the correct gauge.
Accessories
Stitch markers, scrap yarn or stitch holder, darning needle.
