Humle Sweater Light

$8.99

Another wonderful sweater in the series Humle, by designer Annelie Verbrugge, @powerofwool on Instagram.
Humle Sweater Light is a warm and light sweater for the colder days, knitted from the top down, preferably in an untreated wool yarn:
The sweater on the picture is knittied in Gotlandsgarn 2, from Yllet Inredning in Visby, Sweden.
This is a thin yarn and I have taken advantage of its ability to bloom to give an airy garment. The lace yoke is easy to knit and the pattern resembles little hop cones (humle in Swedish), hence the name.
The sleeves are knitted straight until the cuff, where decreases form a little puff. The longer cuffs give the sweater an elegant finish.
